Maps of the Self
Navigating Needs, Parts & Presence
A 6-week experiential course in Nonviolent Communication, parts work, and nonduality
We often feel stuck, conflicted, or confused—not because something's wrong with us, but because different needs inside us are pulling in different directions. These tensions show up as distinct inner voices or “parts,” each trying to protect us or move us toward something it believes is important.
When we slow down and relate to these parts one by one, we gain more empathy, clarity, and space to choose how we want to move forward.
At the same time, beneath all our inner parts and needs is a deeper layer of awareness. In the lineage of nondual philosophy, this is where we remember: we are not just our thoughts, our stories, or our roles. We are expressions of something larger— and suffering often comes from identifying too tightly with a narrow version of self.
This course offers both: tools to understand your inner world more clearly, and practices to reconnect with the presence beneath it.
This course is designed for people who already have some familiarity with the basics of Nonviolent Communication, meditation, and are ready to go deeper—into subtle layers of inner experience, into grounded presence, and into the mystery of being itself.
